Family Business Association appoints Chair and CEO
Family Business Association (FBA) has appointed a new Chair, Angus Kennard and CEO, Catherine Sayer, replacing outgoing Chair, Mark Kagan and Acting CEO, Andrea Moody respectively.
Mr Kennard has been a key driver during the last 24 years in the rapid growth and development of his third-generation family business Kennards Hire, with 185 branches and 1700 people across Australia and New Zealand.

“The voice of family business needs to be strong and influential and I look forward to helping build that voice. The future is the next generation, and I will enjoy engaging the future leaders and helping them step into those roles successfully.
“I would like to thank both Mark Kagan and Andrea Moody for their hard work with FBA as Chair and Acting CEO and I welcome and look forward to working with our incoming CEO, Catherine Sayer, , to support family businesses across Australia and New Zealand.”
